What happens next?
When you are contacted by an essence counsellor, you will be invited to a first face to face meeting, at the practice location most convenient to you, to discuss in confidence more about counselling, our approach, what you want from it and how we might help.
This initial meeting (or 'assessment'), is to help you decide whether counselling is for you, and whether essence is the practice you wish to have that counselling with. If not, we will be happy to advise and refer you on to another practice, organisation, agency, or individual as you request or require.
If you decide to continue with an essence counsellor, then your first follow up – or counselling – appointment will be made at a time and location discussed with your counsellor.
Your contact with us, and the issues you raise and things you discuss will remain in the strictest confidence.
